Raimond was a very hospitable host. We became friends right from the start. He made sure I was well taken care of, showed me around his city and neighboring ones. I was with him for Kingsday, so it was a pretty unique experience especially being with a local. He also helped me to find nice Dutch sweets to bring my girlfriend and even surprised me with stroopwafels. I recorded a video with him documenting Kingsday as well as some typical Dutch food (kibbling & herring) that will be posted on YouTube. I would recommend to stay with him if you are looking for a local genuine experience. Thanks again for everything Raimond!
